A widow who could have been an Almod\u00f3var girl, a dead Venezuelan singer, a criminal nephew and an ambitious councilwoman who aspires to be Madrid's mayor. Add to that a low-class Jesus Gil, a porn actress, a former Russian agent and a paralyzed elderly woman who owns a crossbow and a cat named Chiquetete.<\/p>

The series is built around these elements, a daring and provocative comedy that focuses on the vicious clash between two families and two women: Pepa Carranza, a simple woman who will need four hundred thousand euros to save her family; and Do\u00f1a Consuelo De La Vega, an old cripple full of money and hatred who wants to destroy her.
